Georgetown Pre-college Summer (GPS) program 2022

The Georgetown Pre-College Summer Program(GPS), hosted by Georgetown University in Qatar(GU-Q), is an intensive  coeducational program  for  students  who  are  preparing  to enter  university  within  the  next  few  years.  GPS  gives  highly  motivated  and  academically talented  students  the  opportunity  to  familiarize  themselves  with  American  universities’ systems  and  ways  of  teaching. Students  will  gain  valuable  experience  developing  and practicing the academic and personal skills necessary for university-level success. In order to best  prepare  students  to  become  more  competitive  applicants  to  universities,  the  GPS Program includes a variety of daily classes in an intensive and fast-paced setting. The coursework includes English, International Affairs, Geography, SAT/ACT Preparation, and an introduction to all four majors at Georgetown University (International Politics, International History, International Economics, and Culture & Politics).
